For small sushi bars with narrow rail loops, the Compact Shinkansen Food Delivery Cart with Tray delivers a short wheelbase body that fits tight rail corners along the restaurant rail.

The cart moves with the conveyor loop; guests pick dishes up as the cart reaches their seat.

Cart shells, colours and logo printing can be matched to your restaurant concept. Fits standard rail conveyor layouts — send us your layout for a matching check.
